Charis serves as a Title Agent and Closing Specialist with Brinkley Law Firm’s Real Estate Division, bringing more than two decades of experience in mortgage origination, private banking, relocation lending, and settlement services. Known for her precision, integrity, and relationship-focused approach, Charis has built a reputation for delivering seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences from contract to closing. Her dual background in mortgage lending and legal compliance in real estate transactions allows her to anticipate potential challenges and ensure each transaction is handled with meticulous care, accuracy, and transparency.

Throughout her career, Charis has held senior leadership and production roles with top national lenders and relocation firms. In these positions, she managed multi-state lending operations, built and trained high-performing teams, and led initiatives that enhanced efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. Her ability to merge business acumen with personal service has made her a trusted advisor to clients, realtors, and lending partners alike.

Charis is a 1994 graduate of Huntsville High School, who attended the University of South Alabama to earn a degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing. She is a Licensed Alabama Title Agent (NPN 7561369), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), and a Multi-State Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #561112).

Charis is married to Mickey, and together they have three sons, a daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter. When they are not cheering on Alabama football or watching their son play collegiate baseball, they love spending time with their granddaughter and enjoying family life.
